These are poems expressing many experiences with anxiety.
How we feel it, how we deal with it, how it affects others around us.

I don’t know if my phrases will help anyone else, but putting ink to paper was good for my mental health.
[How do you know when depression hits? HINT HINT]
(Snyde Publishing, 22 August 2017, 154 pages, ebook, copy from the author and voluntarily reviewed)
The poems in this collection tackle the universal themes of anxiety and depression. Many people will have experienced one or both of these at some point in their life and so many of the poems here will resonate on some level. The poems aren’t brilliant but nor are they terrible, the language used is fairly simple considering they tackle such huge issues. I’ve read much deeper poetry which focuses on the same subject matter and enjoyed these much more. However, the poems get the poet’s point across without being overly morbid or too intense which is a bonus.
